硝基涂料（NC）
其优点：1：干燥迅速。一般的油漆干燥时间需经过24小时，而硝基漆只要十几分钟就可干燥。这样就大大节省施工时间，提高工作效率。2：施工简单。硝基涂料是单组份产品，调配时只需加入适量的天那水即可进行喷涂。3：光泽稳定，受环境的影响较小。
其缺点：1：丰满度不够。因硝基涂料的固含量较低，难以形成厚实的漆膜。2：硬度不够，硝基涂料的硬度一般在〈2H。3：漆膜表面不耐溶剂。
常见的工艺：1：NC底、NC面。在仿古家具（美式涂装）中，应用最广。表现效果大部分为开放效果。2：PU底、NC面。这样比较容易解决NC漆填充力差，丰满度、硬度不够的问题。
酸固化涂料（AC）
其优点：1：漆膜坚硬耐磨;。2：漆膜的耐热、耐水、耐寒性都很高。3：透明度好。4：耐黄变性好。
其缺点：因漆中含有游离甲醛，对施工者身体伤害较为严重，绝大部分企业已不再使用此类产品。
不饱和树脂涂料（PE）
其优点：1：具有很好的硬度，可达到3H以上。2：面漆能做出很高的光泽度。3：耐磨、耐酸碱、耐热性好。4：丰满度很高。
其缺点：1：操作性较为复杂需加入引发剂与促进剂才能起到固化作用，引发剂、促进剂的加入量要依据气温、湿度的变化而变化。再则引发剂与促进剂不能同时调入油漆中，否则易引起火灾与爆炸。调配油漆时有严格的要求。2：调好的油漆活性期很短，调好的油漆必须在25分钟之内用完。3：PE面漆目前只有亮光产品，没有亚光产品。
常见的工艺：1：PE底、PE面有很高的丰满度与硬度，常用在乐器、工艺品、橱柜、音箱上。2：PE底、PU面有高的丰满度，抗下陷性能好，常用在办公家具台面及高档套房家具上（如新古典家具系列）。
聚氨酯涂料（PU）
其优点：1：丰满度、硬度、透明度，都有较优秀的表现。2、稳工性能好，产品稳定性较高。3：可以与其它油漆品种配合，做出不同的表现效果，是一款综合性能很优秀的漆种。应用也最为广泛。
其缺点：1：施工性差于NC漆。2：丰满度、硬度差于PE漆。
常见的工艺：1、PU底，PU面：最常见工艺。2：PE底、PU面：表现出高丰满度、抗下陷性强，适合高档家具制作。3：PU底、NC面：有好的丰满度、快捷的施工。4：UV底、PU面：最有前景的工艺，效率极高，产品质量优异。5：PU底、W 面：有一定的丰满度，有较强的环保性。
紫外光固化涂料（UV）
其优点：1：为目前最为环保的油漆品种之一。 2：固含量极高。3：硬度好， 透明度高。4：耐黄变性优良。5：活化期，效率高，涂装成本低（正常是常规涂装成本的一半）是常规涂装效率的数十倍。
其缺点：1：要求设备投入大。L2：要有足够量的货源，才能满足其生产所需。连续化的生产才能体现其效率及成本的控制。3：辊涂面漆表现出来的效果略差于PU面漆产品，4：辊涂产品要求被涂件为平面。
常见的工艺：1：UV底，UV面。2:UV底，PU面（应用最广泛）。
水性漆（W）
其优点：1：为目前最为环保的油漆品种之一。2：施工极为方便。3：干燥时间快，施工效率高。4：活化期较长。5：漆膜干燥后，无任何气味。
其缺点：1：漆膜比较薄，丰满度不够。2：硬度不高。
常见的工艺：1：水性底，水性面。2：PU 底，水性面。,
一． 油漆产品外观标准外观/目视检测
色泽均匀，不允许色差、阴阳面喷漆层表面光滑，手摸无粗造感，颗粒度均匀，光泽一致，与包装纸受压接触时无接触痕迹，表面光滑平整，喷涂均匀丰满，不得有流挂、皱皮、鼓泡、缩孔、脱层、雾光、发白，无积油、划伤、无撕烂纸，无破边、无污啧，边沿漆线须整齐，分色处须干净分明，不需要喷涂的部位必须整洁无污渍，所有的等级面应当喷涂完好且满足颜色、光泽度等方面的要求。
Nitro paint (NC)
Its advantages: 1: dry quickly . Common paint drying time required after 24 hours, while the lacquer can be as long as ten minutes to dry. This will greatly reduce construction time, improve work efficiency. 2: The construction is simple . Nitro is a one-component coating products , deployment time simply by adding the appropriate amount of water that day, ready to spray . 3 : Gloss stability , less affected by the environment .
Its shortcomings : 1: fullness is not enough. Nitro paint solids due to low , it is difficult to form a thick film . 2 : Hardness enough, nitro paint hardness is generally <2H. 3 : the film surface is not solvent .
Common process : 1: NC bottom , NC surface . In the antique furniture ( American painting ) , the most widely used. Performance results mostly open effect . 2: PU bottom , NC surface . This makes it easier to solve NC lacquer poor filling power , fullness , hardness shortage.
Acid curing coatings (AC)
Its advantages: 1 : film hard wear ; . 2: The film’s heat, water and cold are high. 3 : Transparency is good. 4 : resistance to yellowing .
The disadvantage : because paint containing formaldehyde , the construction by physical injury is more serious, most of the enterprises are no longer using such products.
Unsaturated resin coating (PE)
The advantages: 1 : has a good hardness, 3H or more can be achieved . 2: The paint can make a high gloss. 3: wear-resistant, acid and alkali , good heat resistance . 4: a high degree of fullness .
The drawback : a : the more complex operational initiator must be added in order to play with the curing accelerator effect , initiator, accelerator dosage should be based on the temperature and humidity changes. Furthermore initiator and accelerator can not be transferred to the paint , or easily cause fires and explosions . Deployment of paints , there are strict requirements. 2 : a good tune paints a very short period of activity , a good tune paint must be used within 25 minutes . 3: PE paint currently only light product, no matt products.
Common process : 1: PE bottom , PE has a high surface hardness and fullness , often used in musical instruments, handicrafts , cabinets, speakers . 2: PE bottom , PU surface with high fullness, good sag resistance , commonly used in countertops and high-end office furniture suites of furniture ( such as neo-classical furniture series ) .
Polyurethane coating (PU)
Its advantages: 1: fullness , hardness , transparency , there is relatively good performance. 2 , stable work performance, product stability is higher. 3 : You can meet with other varieties of paint , make different performance results, is a very good overall performance paint kind . Applications are most widely used.
Its shortcomings : 1: poor construction in the NC lacquer . 2: fullness, hardness difference in PE paint .
Common craft : 1, PU base , PU surface : The most common processes. 2: PE bottom , PU surface : exhibit high fullness , sag resistance, suitable for high-grade furniture production. 3: PU bottom , NC side: there is a good fullness , efficient construction . 4: UV bottom , PU surface : the most promising technology , high efficiency , product quality is excellent . 5: PU bottom , W side: there is a certain fullness, there is a strong environmental protection.
UV-curable coatings (UV)
Its advantages: 1 : To present the most environmentally friendly paint varieties. 2 : Solid content is extremely high. 3 : hardness, high transparency . 4: excellent resistance to yellowing . 5: Activation of high efficiency, low cost coating ( normally half the cost of a conventional coating ) is the number of times the conventional coating efficiency .
Its shortcomings : 1 : Requirements equipment into larger. L2: to have a sufficient amount of supply in order to meet their production needs. Continuous production in order to reflect their efficiency and cost control. 3 : Roll out the effect topcoat performance slightly worse than PU topcoat , 4: roller coating product requirements is painted piece is flat.
Common process : 1: UV bottom , UV surface . 2: UV bottom , PU surface ( the most widely used .)
Water-based paint (W)
Its advantages: 1 : To present the most environmentally friendly paint varieties. 2: The construction is extremely convenient. 3 : fast drying time , high construction efficiency . 4: The activation period is longer. 5 : film after drying , without any odor.
Its shortcomings : 1: relatively thin film , fullness enough. 2 : high hardness .
Common process: 1 : water bottom , water surface . 2: PU bottom , water surface . ,

Uniform color, not color, yin and yang face paint layer surface is smooth, no roughness hand touch feeling, uniform particle size , gloss consistent contact with the wrapping paper no contact pressure traces , smooth surface , uniform spray fullness , not a stream hanging , wrinkled skin , bubbling, shrinkage, delamination, fog light , pale, no product oil , scratches, no torn paper, no broken edges , no pollution Tut , edge paint lines shall be neat separations Department is required to clean and clear, the site does not need to be sprayed clean no stains, all surfaces should be sprayed grade intact and satisfying color , gloss and other requirements .
